Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tempo Music Studio website and services operated by Tempo Digital ("Tempo", "we", "us"), a company registered in Sweden. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Tempo provides professional audio mixing, mastering, and related production services. Service descriptions and pricing are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

• Mastering — stereo mastering for streaming, vinyl, and broadcast delivery
• Mixing — full multitrack mixing including vocal processing, automation, and spatial design
• Mix + Master Bundle — combined mixing and mastering at a discounted rate

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our website upload form. By submitting an order and completing payment, you enter into a binding agreement for the selected service.

• All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order placement
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• We aim to deliver a first preview within 24 hours of receiving your files

4. Revisions

All packages include two (2) revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to an additional fee, communicated in advance.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered complete.

5. File Delivery

Final deliverables are provided as high-resolution WAV files along with any agreed-upon formats (instrumentals, TV mixes, clean edits). Files are made available for download and remain accessible for 30 days after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain full ownership and copyright of all music, recordings, and materials you submit to Tempo
• Our work: The technical processing (mix/master) is a service — we do not claim any ownership or royalty interest in your music
• Portfolio use: We may reference your project name in our portfolio or client list unless you opt out in writing

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Before work begins: Full refund available within 24 hours of order placement if work has not started
• After work begins: Partial refund at our discretion, based on work completed
• After delivery: No refund once final files have been delivered, unless the service was materially deficient

Under Swedish consumer protection law (Distansavtalslagen), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services not yet commenced. By submitting an order and consenting to immediate processing, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be limited once work has begun.

8. Liability

Tempo's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

We take reasonable care to protect your uploaded files but do not guarantee against loss. Please retain your own backups.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes third-party copyrights or intellectual property
• Contains unlawful or harmful material
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sweden, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
